The dib has been campaigning for women in technical professions (MINT) for 30 years. The nationwide network consists of regional groups with locations throughout Germany.
In addition to mutual personal support in professional and technical matters, the focus is on national and international lobbying and committee work.
The dib maintains numerous successful co-operations with other associations, which are continuously being expanded.
